Shipping Policy
We ship to all states as well as internationally. Shipping charges will be added to your checkout process.
Preparation Time: Orders are usually shipped within 24-72 business hours and will be continuously processed Monday- Saturday. Deliveries may take 3-7 business days. unless you have opted for expedited shipping services, please follow the aforementioned amount of time for delivery.
Flat-Rate Shipping Promotion: This promotion is a flat rate fee of AED 25 for shipping regardless of the size of the order for all orders under the 3000 AED subtotal. this promotion only applies to the domestic contiguous states. Please note transit time is still the same as the standard and free promotional shipping offers of at least 7 business days.
Premium Shipping: This shipping option offers an estimates delivery date at an additional charges. If the delivery is not met by the given date, full shipping coast will be refunded. Please note that delays caused by weather or acts of god are not eligible for refunds as the carries do not offer refunds for such causes.
Holidays: All holidays observed by shipping carriers will affect shipment delivery times. Pleas note that it is on the customer to be aware of these holidays and account for transit time. We do not hold accountability for missed delivery date due to holidays and inclement weather.
International Shipping: We offer multiple methods of shipping for international shipments - FedEx and DHL services. Please note, any and all customs charges for international orders will potentially be subject to customs duties and VAT depending on the destination country. by placing your order, you are agreeing to bear these charges upon the package's arrival.
Return & Exchange Policy
KALA will accept for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your items within 21 days from receipt of original order. Item can not be returned or exchanged after 21 days from the receipt of original order. Item must be returned with all KALA tags will attached and must be in their original packaging such as boxes and dust bags.
Non Eligible Items
Items such as undergarments, personal grooming products, and consumable products cannot be refunded if opened.
