  • HOW CAN I MAKE AN ORDER IN THE ONLINE SHOP?
    Placing an order is simple. Click on WOMEN OR MAN in the main menu and select one of the submenu items. An overview will appear of the articles in the relevant product group. For more information on a specific article (larger picture with zoom, article description and price-always in AED), please click on the product picture. On the page that opens next you have the option to add the article to your shopping cart. You can always click on the bag in the menu bar to go to your shopping cart. From there, you can start the payment process. The payment process only involves three simple steps: A. You can see the total cost of your order in Step 1 by selecting the country in which your order has to be delivered. Subsequently, select the button beside the add to cart to log on or to create a new, personal yesplaza.com account. B. Select your method of payment and shipment in Step 2. You can also change your invoicing or shipment address in this step or glance over your order one more time. You now select your payment method. There are several methods you can choose from: Mastercard, VISA, PayPal. C. Step 3 is a confirmation of your payment, which is final from that moment on. We also send this confirmation to your email address. As soon as your order is sent you will again receive an email containing the invoice and a track & trace code so you can see where your order is.
  • HOW CAN I GET THE TOTAL COST OF MY ORDER ?
    In Step 1 (=Shopping Bag) of our easy Checkout process, you can already calculate the total cost of your order. Once you’ll select the country of the bill-to-address as well as the delivery method of your choice, you will get the total price of your order. This price will include shipping costs. Depending on the bill-to-address, import duties will be included or excluded. If the yesplazallc.com prices for your country do not include taxes/duties, this does not automatically mean that no taxes/duties are to be paid upon arrival of your order in your country (please check with local customs). Orders are payable in AED only.
  • ARE TAXES / DUTIES INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL COAST OF MY ORDER ?
    No, for orders outside UAE product prices do not include VAT. This means that taxes/duties may have to be paid upon arrival of your order in your country. Unfortunately this is not under control of kala by yes plaza. If you want to know the exact amount of additional charges, please check with your local customs agency. We would like to make sure that you are aware of additional charges that might be added upon arrival of your order.
  • HOW CAN I FOLLOW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER ?
    yesplazallc.com starts processing your order from the moment your payment is received. You will receive a confirmation of your order when your payment is received. Additionally, we will send you a separate email containing the invoice and a track & trace code as soon as your order is shipped.
  • WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SERVICE ? DO YOU SERVICE IN THE USA?
    In principal, we deliver in all countries. If your country is not included in the list of countries to set a billing/shipping address, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Please note that orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
  • WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY ?
    The minimum order quantity per order is 5 yards piece of KALA fabric.
  • DOES KALA DISRTIBUTE THE PAPER CATALOGUES / CLOTH SAMPLE ?
    KALA concentrates on offering you a large and frequently changing selection of fabrics – available from stock – through the online shop at yesplazallc.com. We do not distribute paper catalogues/swatches.
  • DO I NEED A PERSONAL CLIENT NUMBER TO MAKE AN ONLINE ORDER ?
    No. You will be given an order number with every order you make at yesplazallc.com. This number will appear on the invoice which you will receive in the mail (after receipt of your payment). When you write to our Customer Service department, please indicate your order number.
  • HOW CAN ONE ARRANGE A VAT REFUND (COMPANIES) ?
    yesplazallc.com charges VAT (Value Added Tax) for deliveries within the United Arab Emirates at all times. We advise you to claim a VAT refund with the tax authorities in the country in which your company is registered, if applicable. Unfortunately we are not able to deliver orders without VAT to businesses within the UAE.
  • HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER ?
    We aim to offer the most relevant payment methods to you in a SLL encrypted environment. Currently we offer the following payment methods: Mastercard Visa PayPal Your order will be dispatched upon receipt of the total order amount.
  • WHY HAS MY CREDIT CARD PAYMENT BEEN DECLINED ?
    KALA is based in the UAE. If you place an order and are based outside the UAE , make sure that the credit card you are using has been approved for payments to companies in countries other than your own. Your payment may be declined if this is not the case. If you find yourself in this situation, please contact your credit card company.
  • DOES KALA OFFER FREE DELIVERY ?
    Yes, KALA offers free delivery on all orders above AED______ (total order price), send to Africa, Australia, USA & CA, all EU countries and Switzerland. Please note this does not include any duty charges. See section 3. Are duties included in the total price of my order? for more information.
  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER ?
    We offer Track and Trace with every order to follow your package. Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing an air waybill number to track its progress online. If you have a yesplazallc account, you can also follow your delivery by signing into your account and selecting your order in My Orders.
  • ARE DUTIES INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL PRICE OF MY ORDER ?
    For orders outside UAE product prices not include VAT. This means that taxes/duties may have to be paid upon arrival of your order in your country.   • WHAT ARE MY LEAD TIMES AND SHIPMENT COSTS ?
    As soon as we received your payment, we will send out your parcel as soon as possible. When your parcel has been handed out to the delivery service, you will receive a track & trace e-mail from KALA by YESPLAZA. Note: For countries outside of the UAE your order may be subject to customs tax.
  • CAN I RESCHULE MY DELIVERY ?
    Depending on your country of delivery, we offer different courier services. INTERNATIONAL – DHL ON DEMAND DELIVERY For deliveries outside of Europe, our partner DHL will deliver your package safely and with flexibility to your door with DHL ODD. Please find below the services offered with DHL Express on Demand Delivery. SMS/Email notification of your delivery: Once your order will be shipped you will receive notification from DHL ODD by email and/or SMS about your shipment status and estimated delivery date/time. If it doesn’t fit your schedule you can choose the time and place of your delivery. Please make sure to add enter your mobile number during checkout to receive text notification. Change your delivery: You have no less than 6 options to choose from if you want to change the delivery of your package. Reschedule your package to be delivered another day and time. Have your package delivered to another address: alternate delivery to work or family. Have your package delivered to a safe place authorize shipment release. Have your package delivered to a neighbors: leave with neighbors, reception or guard. Have your package delivered to a DHL Service Point: hold for collection. Going on holiday? Request your package to be held for you: vacation hold and safekeeping for up to 30 days.
  • IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER ?
    You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day of receipt of the parcel and receive a refund. You are not bound to indicate the reason(s) why you wish to cancel the order and return the products. The shipping costs (and any other direct or indirect costs, such as duties, to return the products to the premises of yesplazallc.com in the UAE) are at your charge.   • HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER ?
    All items may be returned within 21 days of purchase, provided they are unused, undamaged and complete with all the original tags/labels in the original packaging. Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued via your original method of payment no later than 21 days after receipt of the returned goods. Return shipping costs will not be refunded. yesplazallc.com does not offer exchanges or replacements.
  • CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS ?
    Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your product, we recommend that you place a new order on yesplazallc.com.

  • WHAT IS THE CONVERSION OF YARDS TO METERS ?
    A piece of 5 yards is (approximately) 4.57 meter long.
  • WHAT IS WAX HOLLANDAIS ?
    Wax Hollandais is a special wax product with one or two core colours ‘fitted’ into the wax design. The designs are very communicative and are always mirrored on the front and back of the fabric. The range and combination of colours used is extremely varied and emphasizes the unique appeal of Vlisco fabrics. One of the colours is often used to highlight a natural bubbling effect, which contributes to a unique and lively appearance. This is the true sign of a quality Wax Hollandais print. Every centimetre of fabric is unique and slightly different from each other due to the organic and magical production process. The appealing designs and unique colour combinations ensure that everyone can express their individual taste and personality.
  • WHAT IS SUPER WAX ?
    Super-wax is of the finest quality in wax print fabrics. For this product we use an extra densely woven, fine cotton fabric. Super-wax has a recognizable design signature as it always features two blocking colours showing a natural and unique crackling effect. A third colour may be added but without this crackling effect. The designs are also visualized on both the front and the back of the fabric.

    BASIC MATERIAL: POLYESTER/COTTON, HANDLE WITH CARE Washing Hand wash with lukewarm water Wash light and dark colours separately Wash inside out Do not wring, rub or twist Bleaching Do not bleach Drying Dry in the shade (don’t expose to direct sunlight) Hang to dry Do not tumble dry Ironing Lace fabric may not need to ironed if there are no wrinkles in it However if there are wrinkles or need ironing to avoid squashing the pattern, place the lace right side down onto a thick towel. Put a fine fabric such as cotton muslin between the lace and iron and gently press using the warm (not hot) iron temperature. Dry cleaning Do not dry clean The fabric may lose some of its colour and/or finish. Lace is a made from soft and delicate threads. Be careful when lining the fabric. Bad quality lining materials can cause colour staining and shrinkage.
  • BRODE OR VOILE
    The delicate nature of the fabric means that it needs to be looked after with a lot of care. Here are the caring tips. Hand wash Swiss voile lace fabric is delicate, and so it should be hand washed in cold water. Washing it in high temperatures can damage the fabric. Also, you should not clean it using a washing machine, especially if it is 100% cotton or it contains a blend of cotton with synthetic fibers. To hand-wash, put 30 parts warm water and 1 part detergent in a basin. Soak the fabric for approximately 10 minutes. Wash and rinse until the water is clear. Wring it out gently or roll in a towel to remove excess water. This way, it won’t crease. However, if the Swiss voile is 100% synthetic, it can be machine washed. Just make sure you use the delicate and hand wash cycles and at low temperatures. If you decide to machine wash, first check the fabric care instructions. Remember, you can only do this for the 100% polyester Swiss voile lace. To wash, place the cloth in mesh was bags, fill the drum up to a third full, use the delicate cycle or hand wash with a maximum temperature of 300. Do not spin. It would be best if you did not use any fabric softeners or bleach when cleaning, Drying After rinsing, dry the Swiss voile lace fabric by hanging on the line to drip dry. Do not tumble dry because heat can damage the fabric. Ironing It is not recommended to iron the Swiss voile fabric because the heat can damage the fibers. Now, if you had hung the fabric to dry, you wouldn’t need any ironing because it won’t have creases. If your fabric has creases, hang it for a few days, and the creasing will disappear. The creasing depends on the composition of the material. However, you can iron Swiss voile fabric that is 100% polyester. But you have to do it carefully. It would help if you ironed in the warm setting. If the creases are stubborn, place a damp barrier cloth on top. If you must iron Swiss voile fabric that has natural fibers, you will need to place a barrier cloth and be extra careful when ironing. Otherwise, it is recommended that you avoid ironing the fabric. Regular Care You must take care of your Swiss voile lace fabric regularly so that it can last long. Wash it often. Do not expose them to heat, whether it is in water or ironing because heat damages the fabric. Check the instructions before cleaning the fabric. They will indicate how the material should be washed. No matter how much care you give to it, you will realize that the matte finish on the fabric will fade with time because of washing and wear.
